Birchgrove had a run out against a Baglan 15 today in anticipation of their eargely awaited WRU Plate game at home to near neighbours Bonymaen next Saturday.
An eight try romp in a 52 - 0 victory has set the scene nicely for next week when things may not be quite so easy.
