We’re excited to launch a brand new section at Birchgrove RFC – The Fledglings. Designed especially for children ages 4 to 6 years, this fun and engaging introduction to rugby is all about building confidence, coordination, and a love for the game in a safe, supportive setting.
Through playful, non- contact activities and games, our youngest players will begin to develop basic rugby skills while having loads of fun and making new friends.
Lead by enthusiastic, DBS checked coaches, the Fledglings sessions are all about smiles, encouragement, and creating a positive first experience with sport.
